Meet the stunning Toni Esu and her beautiful curly TWA

I am going to be doing a series on natural haired women who inspire me and this lady is the first on my list.
The beautiful ones have been born. I mean,  you just have to see people like Toni Esu to know. I have been stalking her YouTube videos for almost a year and always loved her so when I saw that her hair was natural as well,  I became obsessed. Anyways I got talking to her and got her to answer a few questions. Below is the interview;

How long have you been natural?
I've been natural for 7 months
What made you go natural?  ‎
I got bored and tired with the state of my relaxed hair. It was unhealthy and uneven. I also admired the way natural hair looked on some of my friends especially the way they styled it.
How do you typically wear your hair?
My hair is still in its tiny afro state so I don't do so much styling. I just use hair ropes/bands to style it. On few occasions, I do twist outs.‎
What do you find most challenging about being natural?
Mainly keeping up with all the routines. It can be tiring sometimes.
What are your natural hair staples?
Shea butter, leave in conditioner and water.
What is the strangest thing you have heard about natural hair? ‎
People using onions and Okro ‎for their hair. Lol.
Do you think being natural is expensive?
I don't think it's expensive as people say it is. When I was starting out, people would tell me that a lot but over time I've realised that it doesn't have to be expensive. It can accommodate any budget/pocket size. It all depends on the individual.
Do you ever get negative comments about your natural hair?
No I don't.
Do you have any natural hair icons or inspiration?
The IgboCurls girl. (dunno her real name).
Any advice for natural haired girls (and boys)  out there?
